10kt Amethyst diamond Ring, Trilliant Cut, size 7, appx. .65 ctw. Weight is 9.70 fr. This has a modern design with a bypass style band. One side of the ring has the open double-band come off the bottom of the stone and off the top on the other side. It has a double open band on the bottom and a wider open single band on the top side. The top of the ring where the amethyst is is appx. 11.5 mm and the ring tapers to 1.8mm at the back of the band. The amethyst is triangular and appx. 6mm down each side. There are two small diamonds set off to the side in a white gold tapered strip that sits lower than the amethyst. It is signed AU 10kt and also tests as 10kt. The ring looks new. See photo. (Lot.
