Vintage 14kt Diamond Engagement Ring, Size 6.5, 3.13 grams, signed with a D and a scroll passing through it. The band is yellow gold with a white gold setting for the diamonds. The main diamond sits higher than the rest and is appx. 4mm by 4mm by 3.5mm (exact measurements are not possible due to the setting). The diamond using the best measurements I could take measures .35 ctw but to be safe, I am saying the main diamond is over .25ctw and there are two additional 2.2mm diamonds, one on each side of the main diamond set into the top of the band. The main stone cut is good, the color is appx. I-J. The setting with the diamonds is appx. 16.4mm by 6mm across the top of the finger. The band is 4mm at the top of the ring and tapers down to 1.7mm at the back of the finger. This has an older classic design, likely mid-century in age but not certain. I could not find the maker of this ring. This is in good condition, no damage and only light wear. See photos. This came out of a PA estate/auction. (Lot. W.9.118.27X5 – LD 9/10/18).
