Victorian 10kt-12kt Seed Pearl Ring, missing stone, size 7, 1800’s. This is a pretty design, set on an angle in a bypass fashions with a pearl on each side and a center stone that is missing but would be appx. 2.5mm to 3mm. A stone could easily be added by your jeweler. It has six prongs. The center stone setting looks to be rose gold and the rest yellow gold. It has been tested multiple times and tests positive at 10kt and only mildly at 14kt so I am assuming it is possibly 12kt. The setting is slightly out-of-round but could be reshaped easily especially if you have a stone added. The setting across the top of the finger is appx 8.5mm across and the band at the back of the finger is about .4mm. Weight is .76 grams. This came from a PA estate sale along with other Victorian pieces. See photos. (Lot Loc. W.7.2217G1.2.2X2 – LD 12/27/17).
We carry mostly vintage jewelry across all themes in my stores and listings. We have our own store and are and have been known as stampshopgirl in Ebay and have been since I think 2003. At one point we had a gift shop/rubber stamping store and switched over to vintage jewelry about six years ago on a full time basis, which also including taking and completing gemology classes as well as jewelry appraisal studies. We carry limited other vintage items and am trying to change our presence to marias vintage and estate treasures. You may see both names until the migration is complete. You can find us on pinterest where all ebay items and other venues are categorized – mariasvinta0654.
WE DO NOT STORE FINE METALS AND GEMSTONES ON PREMISES. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT QUESTIONS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU.
Thank you for stopping by, mariasvintage.
