Victorian Scatter Bar Brooch Set of three pins, gold filled. Each pin is slightly over 1″ long and is slightly under 1/4″ wide. They are all marked Solderless Pat. 1.22:07 on the back. Late 1800’s into the first few years of the 1900’s. They are connected by a 2.25″ chain between each pin. They are rounded on each end and have a milgrain edge to them. They have c-clasps and the pin goes to the edge of the pin. Scattered pins are versatile and worn either vertically or horizontally. Victorian jewelry often meant something- I am not sure if this could be significant with the chain connected them to loved ones lost or perhaps like a mother’s pin for three children. Could be, may not mean anything. These are in very good condition for the age with little wear. See photos. (Lot. Loc. W.4.2118.B.7 – LD 6/15/18)
I carry mostly vintage jewelry across all themes in my stores and listings. I am currently stampshopgirl in Ebay and have been since I think 2003. I transitioned from rubber stamping to vintage jewelry about six years ago and also carry other vintage items and am trying to change my presence to marias vintage and estate treasures. You may see both names until the transition is complete. You can find me on pinterest where all my ebay items are categorized – mariasvinta0654
I DO NOT STORE FINE METALS AND GEMSTONES ON PREMISES. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT QUESTIONS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO BE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU.
Thank you for stopping by, mariasvintage.
