Vintage 10kt Diamond Heart Ring, three diamonds are inside this 6mm by 5mm heart – small diamonds set in white gold with yellow gold prongs. Size 6.75. The diamonds are slightly under 1mm across. The rest of the ring is yellow gold. 1.03 grams. It is marked 10kt and tested but not signed by the maker. The band is 8mm across. Age is appx. 1980’s. Very good condition – looks new.
