Vintage .999 Henry Winograd’s Victorian Revival high relief cameo pendant “Charlotte” Henry Winograd

Vintage .999 Henry Winograd’s Victorian Revival high relief cameo pendant. This is made from nearly pure silver. It is the pendant only, chain was included just for photographing. The cameo is believed to be named Charlotte – Art Nouveau – with curled hair and enveloped with flora leaves throughout her tendrils Signed HW .999 on the bottom edge of the repousse cameo. It is 2-1/8″ tall with double bail and appx. 1-3.8″ wide. There were other similar pieces created by Henry Winograd named with different women’s names and featuring different designs. Henry Winograd was Polish, coming to the U.S. in the 1970’s where his work found great followers and still bring lots of attention when they are offered at auctions. This is in very good good other than oxidaetion that can be polished if desired. Weight of this piece is appx. 24.58 grams. (INV. W.91314.2X4 SS5074 J LD 6/30/21 – MV 7/1/21)
